A veterinary examination may not be required.


A veterinary examination is not required for horses with the following:

  • New Coverage Value: Up To $25,000
  • Renewal Coverage Value: Up To $50,000
  • No previous health problems. (includes illness, injury, lameness, or disease, including but not limited to: colic, colic surgery, "nerving", degenerative joint disease, laminitis/founder).
  • 1-15 years of age
  • Not used for racing.
  • You do not desire Accidental Loss of Use coverage.

Horses which do not meet all of the above conditions must have a veterinary examination prior to insurance coverage. Please contact our office with any questions you may have.
